Mattressman
Fantastic!
I first heard of Mattressman on a popular search engine. As i was in desperate need of a new mattress i had a look on their website and was astonished at their huge range. All sorts of mattresses were on offer here. I bought my old mattress from Benson's for Beds and i was going to buy my new mattress from them till i compared the prices of both Mattressman and Benson for Beds. Mattressman was cheaper and they offered free delivery! As with all new companies i use, I always do a bit of reasearch into the company, after all I was parting with quite a bit of money and I wanted to be sure I was dealing with a professional company. Ordering was easy, using the filtering system i was quickly able to find my new mattress. I was taken through the usual steps of entering my personal details address and payment info and by the time i knew it i had ordered my new mattress. Delivery was painless too. I received a phonecall from the driver that he had arrived, delivered by one man to my doorstep. My experience of using Mattressman was a pleasant one and I will certainly be recommending Mattressman to friends and family. Well done Matressman, keep up the good work!

Excellent service and competitve prices
Despite some of the reviews here, I am one of the customers who received excellent service.
I purchased a Cannon professional cooker from them which not only was cheaper on their website but they would also personally deliver it themselves rather than using a courier company or similar all the way to central London!!
My cooker arrived early on the day expected and I can't say that I am dissapointed. In the future I think I will order from them
Lastminute
Good service
I have used lastminute for a number of things ranging from flights and accomodation abroad to booking a hotel room in the UK.
On all occassions i must admit I have never had a problem with them. THe prices are clear and concise, it is clear what you are paying for. E-tickets are delivered promptly to my inbox. There was only one issue once and that was to do with paying using my debit card, although I think it was just a one off bug in the system which was soon resolved.
All in all i think a very good website that can be used to compare with similar services other providers may offer.

I ordered a shoulder bag from here. They had a wide range of choice and designs I couldn't find with any other retailer. I ordered my item and it arrived in a couple of days. I was happy with my purchase and would definately shop again.

Competitive, quick and loads of choice
I first stumbled across this website from another of their affilliates. I was looking for designer clothes that were offerred at competitive prices. My first order totalled nearly £500 pounds, but I must admit, when I do shopping online I always research the website and read their reviews where possible. This website had some negative feedback, but to counter that had plenty of good feedback. I placed my order, using my credit card in case i needed to make a claim on it.
To my surprise, my order arrived the very next day. Since then I have been using Woodhouse Clothing for all my clothing needs and I couldn't be happier with their service.
Will be shopping there again soon.
Photobox
Awesome quality, brilliant service
I had never heard of Photobox until a friend of mine mentioned them. I thought I would visit the website to find out more. I found the website easy to navigate,however the wizard that is used to create you book was very fiddly and confusing even for me, a tech savvy chap.
I soon got the hang of it though, and before I knew it I had created my book, ready to be printed and delivered. On top of this I received 40 free prints (6"x4"...I think). For a start I thought this was great!
My prints arrived first, within two days of ordering on a Sunday evening. My book arrived 5-6 days later as anticipated and I could not be happier.
I am going to use their canvas product next!
O2
Never had a problem
I have been with O2 for years and have never experienced any problems with the provider. I would rate their customer services as good. On one occassion I had a problem with a smartphone I had purchased from somewhere else, O2 were still happy to help and did their best to resolve the issue. Although I never swear allegiance to them (I always look for the best deal even if it means switching providers, I'm with Orange at the moment!), they are better than some of the providers out there.

Reliable and competitive
I made an offer on a PC and was extremely happy when my offer was accepted. I was even more delighted when delivery was free.
When the item arrived, before even opening it, I was confident it had arrived damage free. The packaging was very well done.
Would definately shop again, and would get my recommendation.
