well - i bought 2 tickets for the Sunderland Reading game earlier this year and it was called off. Because i live in London i wouldn't of been able to get to the reschedule of the game, i rang their customer service, very polite and we came to a deal - i asked if i could have 1 ticket refunded out of courtesy as my father would of still been able to attend - the thing that pee'd me off the most was the fact the person on the phone said they would refund me - nothing has ever been credited to my account since. whilst they are a good little service, this thing has forced me to never use their service again - tut tut
one good reason not to shop at Starbucks - the company with 99% margins and does not bother to invest back into the country or community!!!!

Phil Wrigley found this review useful
oh my word - disappointed to see that ITV were hosting the game today - even more disgusted and disappointed that i can't even stream it! pathetic
firstly - i'd never been into a sainsbury;s until i moved to Staines, i'm from the north east and there's not a lot of Sainsbury stores, plenty of Tesco's, Asda and Morrisons.;...anyways, i was always under the impression that although sainsbury's werene't the biggest, they were the so called poshest of the big 4 supermarkets! NO CHANCE! Clearly run by a bunch of muppets, everytime i go to Tesco, asda or morrisons, the staff are ALWAYS helpful, handy and you can tell they're doing the most to ensure you have a stress free shopping experience.
How sainsburys differs:
Go in on Saturday at peak time:
1 person on the cigarette counter (out of 4 positions available)
6 main checkout tills not being used!
and then to top it all off - the staff let people with trollies use the self service checkout! in comparing with morrison's, Asda & Tescos - they don't allow rude, ignorant customers to use the self service if they've got more than 10 products - even 15 is fine, but a trolly load! So again, all this adds up to a packed store which takes an hour to get sorted!
Ultimately, i've never been as disappointed in a store as i am with Sainsburys - they suck! You's are going down!
probably the easiest and most user enriching website experience...don't understand why you need to press a button to seek the prices though
ever noticed that when you use an offer or voucher code for dominos the quality isn't is good! i.e. always less cheese on pizza, generally overcooked and sometimes even the cheek to send another type of pizza - however this time, good quality (clearer a mistake order)
anyone notice how dirty the carpet was in the head office at amazon! hhahahhaha UKs biggest retailer!
i only really do reviews when i'm impressed and i'm very impressed with these guys - excellent service and excellent value - so looking forward to digging in to my steaks tonight. They handled my mixed up address issue very well....evening replying back to me within 6 hours on a Sunday.
i didn't realise companies like this existed!
honestly - these are just the worst and never go with them - here's my story,
lost phone - rang vodafone to tell them so they cancelled my sim card and sent some new ones out.
arrived 2 days later (fantastic) tried to ring vodafone about 9 times in total over the next 3 days - i could not get through and as soon as i was typing my account details in the automated system the phone system cut me off (very, very strange) it was like the system was recognising my account and not allowing me to speak to anyone - anyways i left it for another week or so - i got through 7 days after my sim card arrived by going through a different channel and being patched through to the right department so i can get my sim card activated.
turns out that they cannot activate my sim card because there's £1,300 owed on it - naturally shocked, red faced and didn't know what to say - but i had cancelled my sim, recieved new sim cards in the post - ACCORDING TO THE SYSTEM I HAD NOT CALLED TO CANCEL, THEY HAD SENT NO SIM CARDS OUT and i'm basically full of it.
this is were i know i'm confident i'm right - immediately, vodafone offered me 50% off and i could pay it off over the next 12 months (why are they so willing to offer me 50% off????? hmmmmm dodg) i even got offered 65% off!!!!!! but i said no - it's principle - i kindly asked them to wait until i received my home phone bill which confirmed i had called them (which they denied) (by this time we were communicating via email which is a bonus because i have everything documented) as soon as i sent a scanned copy of my sim cards, the phone bill which proved i called them (which they denied at the beginning of the email) as soon as they recieved this??? Guess what????
ALL COMMUNICATION CEASED! I have bombarded that email address 1,000#s of times with the same email - however, nothing ever comes back - it has nearly been 3 years now and i'm still waiting for them to take me to court ( i so hope they do), i would take them to court but corporate cases require money to even discuss the case! no thanks - i haven't really got £150 for 30 minutes -

NEVER GO WITH VODAFONE
can't really much complain like, if there's trouble or issues it's likely because the postman is a thief - even when there's issues, lovefilm always give me some complimentary extra dvds to watch
have to say - John lewis is probably my favourite shop ever - love them
love them - can't fault them on price and the free papers & free vodkas went down a treat
Can't believe in todays online market that there's still companies out there operating who are pathetically poor. i placed an order for ps3 controller as they came up as the cheapest because they offered free delivery. After 1 week of the product not arriving, i went to check my status order and it's flagged as being not in stock (despite it not stating this on their website!!!!!!!) i sent an email demanding a refund and to cancel the order, they've failed to reply to my email - so what am i meant to do? Risk buying it from somewhere else & have 2 arrive, or do i wait months for 1 simple product to come - this company used to be on the highstreet and you presume that they'd have a good business operation...clearly not.
I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY IF YOU DO NOT MIND WAITING 6 MONTHS FOR YOUR DELIVERY. Thing is....if they had sent me an email stating no stock etc, i would of been content and not forced to post something on TP.
can't stand cheap airlines like this who's main strategy to profit is the hope customers get something wrong - £120 to change someones's name because there's a character missing - wey aye!!!!
Say no more
interactive, dynamic, informative and best of all - owned by the British people
I've never bothered with reivews sites, but i just had to say I'm gobsmacked - best service from any internet shop i've ever experienced - spent around £150 on like 20 products and despite the name, Sportsdirect - all the items i bought were stylish, smart & good quality. Jeans for £10 each - great style & quality. shopped online on Saturday afternoon and receieved items at 11:02 on Monday!!!!! (hence delivery only taking 2:02 ..., if considering the start of the working week at 9am).
Best of all....i got myself a huge Sportsdirect Mug (shame i'm a Sunderland fan boasting the toons brand - grrrrrrr, still - better than nowt)
