Came to the Westfield store at about 7pm on a Friday evening to get the S3 set up and the PAC code from Virgin etc transferred. After 5.30pm (I didn't know) Orange shut down for the weekend, so the transfer didn't come off- only with a temp number for the weekend. For a phone company to close down for a couple of days and not provide a 24hour service around the world is bonkers. You could farm off the service around the world to English speaking call centres around the world and offer this vital essential part. New Zealand, Australia, Philippines, India then UK, then Canada- and get the coverage.
