I order the single divan ottoman bed for my daughter she needed a side would opening opening one due to the shape of her room. The bed was delievered in a dirty bag and when we took it out to asemble the bed opened from the bottom. We have since contacted the company to discuss the matter who wanted to charge us £40 for collection. However throughout the page you order the bed and the checkout process it does not state that it opens from the bottom. the bed pictured in the picture is side would opening! Unless this problem is resloved I would not use this company again nor recommened to a friend. I will be contacting trading standards as this is false advertising.
