The worst delivery company EVER!
Not even worth a 1 star in my opinion, placed an order with river island on the Monday to receive a message on the Tuesday to say my order had been dispatched! Great i thought will have the items in time for the weekend.
Wednesday morning received a text message "your order will be delivered today via Hermes" my heart sunk as i have has issues in the pass with this company via new look and asos but thought id track the item and give them the benefit of the doubt.
Wednesday afternoon comes and goes, no parcel!! So i was tracking my item all day and thought fair enough they state they deliver until 7pm, so come 5.30pm when i track the order again the status had updated to "17.23 courier to re-attempt"
Now im sitting in the office with colleagues and NO ONE tried to deliver that parcel, i even phoned river island at the time to explain i was sat facing the window (as we can see when cars and vans enter) and no one tried to deliver anything, so where on earth were they with my order of over £100??
So Thursday comes i receive another txt message "your item will be delivered today" Tracked my order again as you do!! Nothing all afternoon, phoned the customer service team at river island around 5.50pm to explain that we are in the office and no delivery has been made. Now do i sit around waiting for the same thing as yesterday to happen or do i just cut my loses and go home! No i wait in the office with the cleaners until 7pm still no delivery. Now this is a business address fair enough they deliver up until 7pm but how many offices are open pass 6pm. When i track the order again at home they update the status to attempted delivery 7.06pm.
It is now day 3 and i am still waiting for my delivery, the company is pathetic, and its so sad to say unless im having items delivered home (as im at work for most of my life it makes sense to have items delivered here) im going to have to avoid using online retailers that use this company, they are so incompetent, they also make out to the retailer that they have attempted delivery when that is a blatant lie. It is then hard to prove to the retailer that you are in the building at the time when they supposedly tried to deliver!! Thus meaning you could lose out on delivery costs being refunded!!
Useless company, avoid at all costs, if you do find your parcel has been dispatched with them dont expect too much!!

Great Service and Eyes Brushes
i have recently purchased a few eye shadow and blending brushes from crownbrush.co.uk and they are great, ive seen mixed reviews on theses brushes but for me they are great, really soft and for the price i really cant complain and i will defiantly be purchasing a few more. Also the service is great delivery came within 2 days. The only con i would say is they need to update the delivery section on there site, so it is more accurate!
