They give you a tracking number and you use it, it has a lot of information on it, all fictional claiming to have tried to deliver 3 times within the space of 3 hours to an office that is open all day every day so how were they unable to deliver, i fill in a contact us form and get nothing, i fill in another 3 days later and again get nothing, i put negative feedback on their website and gues what even though it was all very polite and factual because it was negative they dont publish it,
WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT USE MYHERMES, IF YOU ARE A SELLER IT WILL RUIN YOUR REPUTATION!

This was the first time that i have used bottlebank but im sure it wont be the last, the service was great with delivery within 24 hours and the items i bought were the best priced i could find on the net and beleive me i shopped around first, overall i would sayt if you need your beers,wines or spirits cheap and in a hurry this is the place to go
