Whether you visit them in person, or deal with them on the net the service is still the same - exceptional
Recently used Gaynors (I'm from the Lakes so have dealt with the shop for many years) online and had the same high standard of service you come to expect when you are in the shop itself. The price of the item I was looking for was more than acceptable, they had the size, colour and spec of what I wanted in stock and they delivered it next day. On the rare occasion things have gone wrong they very quickly put it right with no quibbles. If only some of the other 'outdoor' online companies could get even close to this level of service and stock availability...

An awesome customer experience...
Time and again the guys at Warehouse Express have met my needs - whether it was a well-priced piece of camera equipment, some advice or to put something right when it went wrong. They are good enough to warrant paying a few more quid for a piece of kit on the rare occasion they are under-priced by another company just because I know I'll have any problems dealt with professionally and speedily - and no, I'm not related to any of them - I just think they are the benchmark by which other companies on the web should aspire to...

What you hope for but rarely get - well priced, well delivered and good quality...
Easily negotiated website that made looking for my specific product that much easier. The prices for most things on there generally were lower than most other places I'd looked, but more importantly these guys had what I wanted in stock - the right size, colour and technical spec. Delivery was quick and the product was packaged well. I will certainly be using the site again for my next purchase...
