I tried to order an ipad 4 which John Lewis was price matching against Apple. However, the following the day (after Black Friday deals had ended), JL sent an email triumphantly saying 'We've cancelled your order' with no reason as to why!
Cancelled orders appeared to happen quite a lot in the past with other reviewers, but I wish JL would explain themselves better, and state problems during the order process; not 24 hrs later when offers have expired.
It took far too long to receive the ipad sim. And once it arrived, you are teased into activating it online, only to be told the sim number wasnt recognised - call an agent.
Then it takes nearly 10 hrs to start!! Orange are not alone with the timescales here. O2 are almost as glacial.
Expansys have plenty of stock, and delivered quickly. However, their participation with TopCashBack could use some scrutiny because, after a month, I haven't received my cash back offer :-(
