Ordered an item for collection which was found to be faulty (Component loose in case). Replacement arranged quickly, this was found to be faulty. Now having to wait while they check the item out which would be at least 3 days not counting the weekend. Having travelled 2 x round trips of 54 miles I am now without the necessary part.
