Orderd DVD's approx 3 December 2012. Not received well past the recommended 3-5 days. Emailed Zavvi informed to wait till 18 December - still not received. Contacted again, no response, and again and again. Finally got a response 21 Decemeber and I requested a refund, no response. Emailed many many times and finally got a refund at the end of January 2013. It's a battle and their Customer Service area do not respond to emails unless you sent at least 5 or 6 and don't expect the phone to be answered.
Obviously reading some of these reviews gave me a little concern, but, I ordered Ray Bans with perscription lenses and they were delivered in less than 3 weeks. Selectspecs were prompt in answering a Q I had regarding thickness of lenses and once order is placed their website provides details of where in the process your orders is progressing.
I will use again in the future.
My daughter ordered a watch. This is yet another company that states online that the item you require is in stock, takes your money, then 2 days later states no stock available and you wait for your money to be returned.
Don't trust their stock levels!

Ordered CD player online as stated in stock. Accepted order, took payment and received confirmation. Later received Email to state product no longer in stock but could buy an alternative at double the price!! Requested confirmation of when payment would be returned, which took 5 hrs to be received.
Would not use again.
Additional Comment - The following day I received a call from Penny who was very apologetic and offered a higher priced CD player as a replacement. Too late as I'd already gone elsewhere. Penny has excellent cust service skills and it was disapointing she was not in work the previous day and this incident could have been corrected easily. Later received a call from Dave requesting that I review the 1 star rating as 'it appeared harsh'. Sorry but the rating reflects the service I received - I ORDERED A CD PLAYER, BUT AUDIOAFFAIR FAILED TO DELIVER.
