So I shop from Premierman because I'm a big guy. Unfortunately with Premierman you end up paying full RRP for last years clearance stock.
Recently I ordered a pair of shoes. They were advertised as "New in" but upon further investigation they are in fact a model that Clarks don't do any more. I paid 60 quid for them.
When they arrived, the parcel looked like it'd been dropped and then run over by the delivery van... twice!
Fortunately the shoes were ok.
Looking underneath the shoes there's a big red sticker saying that shoes are not to be worn if they are to be returned. How am I supposed to know if they fit and don't chafe if I'm not allowed to try them on?

We've shopped with ASDA online before but have gone back to shopping ourselves.
The idea is great but their website is awkward to use, crashes a lot and often the page you want doesn't load and you have to go back and try again.
When your products finally arrive they're either late or early and the odd time they're actually there within the alloted timeslot, the vegetables are crushed, the eggs cracked, your icecream melted and quite often things aren't what you ordered or simply missing.
We even got someone elses bag once!
It's delivery with a sneer and if you call the store to complain they get very defensive and say things like "We never had a complaint about this driver in the past."
The only reason they get 3 stars and not 1 is because of the call centre who are very helpful and refund your money for damaged goods straight away.
