I will never use this company again. The booking experience was poor, I couldn't get my payment cards to work and had to make a phone call. Beware the free phone number, you are almost immediately transferred to a premium rate call. I didn't receive any vouchers which resulted in further phone calls. My original flights were cancelled so I had to rebook my flights, low cost weren't even aware that they had been cancelled. This also meant that my parking had to be changed and also the transfer voucher which took me numerous call, all at a premium rate, and many more emails until it was eventually done. I then found that the room on arrival did not have a balcony and I had to pay a further 93 euros to get this.
As it eventually turned out the hotel was very good but as for the service received from low cost, it was dreadful.
I always try quidco first when ordering on line. You don't always get the best deal so care has to be taken. I have had over £300 in cash back in just over two years so I would recommend it. I've had a couple of problems but the team has followed them up for me. They aren't the easiest to contact but when you do get through they try to solve your problem.
