This was the first time that I have used low cost holidays and it may well be the last. I spent most of one morning trying to book this holiday only to find that the web page kept refusing to take my credit card. I finished up having to have assistance via a phone line which took ages to connect to. I also lost my quidco cash back by doing this. I now have found that I have not got the correct luggage allowance or room allocation. It now means a premium rate Boone call to Ryanair to alter the luggage. I have tried to contact low cost but have given up as no one seems to answer the phone. I just hope that the holiday itself will be ok.
I always try quidco first when ordering on line. You don't always get the best deal so care has to be taken. I have had over £300 in cash back in just over two years so I would recommend it. I've had a couple of problems but the team has followed them up for me. They aren't the easiest to contact but when you do get through they try to solve your problem.
