Very bad experience with this company. I ordered 2 sets of headphones in July. Eventually (after sending a message to customer service and after nearly a month since the order was placed) I received just one set.
When I asked where the other set was I was told it was out of stock and I would receive a refund within 30 days. This was around 6 weeks ago.
There is no excuse for this - avoid WAE+ - they are not a reputable business.
Play.com consistently offers some of the best prices around, and the website is well laid out and makes ordering easy. Goods arrive well packed. My only gripe is the time taken for orders to arrive ...seems to be around 10 days. Compare this with competitor hmv.com, who take around 5 days.
I buy morrisons sandwiches almost every day (nowhere else to go near my work)
Good range, always fresh tasting. Large baguette type ones have things like wiltshire ham and cheese, or prawn mayo. The prawn and egg sub is good. The low calorie range (forget what its called) is pretty good too.
They should vary the range a bit more than they do...I've seen the same stuff up there for 2 years now.
Having said that, I've noticed recently they are introducing more veg nibbles (e.g. packs of tomatoes, carrots etc).
They have some nice fruit salads for about £1 too.
One complaint is, no 'meal deals' (unlike boots or tesco).
I've been very impressed with TK Maxx's online operation. You often get better (and different) deals than in the stores. Items on standard delivery are dispatched pretty quickly (sometimes they've arrived next day). Items are well packed and for me have always arrived in good condition. I've had to contact customer service a couple of times, and they've been quick to respond and helpful. You can return items purchased online to one of the stores, which saves the hassle of posting things back.
I've bought quite a lot from hmv.com over the past few months. Usually their dispatch time is pretty good (typically 4 or 5 days). Occaisionally it has taken longer, but in those case an email is sent notifying of the delay. As far as I know, you are only debited when the item is actually dispatched, not at the time of order, which is a good thing.
One thing to note - if you order multiple items, they tend to be packed and shipped separately (order 5 headphones at the same time and you'll receive 5 packages!). I have no real problem with this, although it does seem a strange way to go about things...I guess they're just geared up for single item orders.
I've lost patience with this sham of a company.
I ordered Apple In-Ear Headphones from nicecans.co.uk in July. Looked like a good deal (£29 instead of the RRP of around £54). The headphones I received from nicecans.co.uk were obvious fakes (terrible sound, poor quality finish, headphones missing the inner protective mesh). When I complained, I was offered another brand of headphones as a replacement. This was around 6 weeks ago. I have sent around 10 emails to nicecans over this time. I always get a polite, apologetic email back, offering some excuse or another and promising to be sent my replacement, but still nothing.
Do NOT deal with nicecans.co.uk, however attractive the prices. They sell counterfeit goods and you will spend a lot of time trying to get your money back, and most likely won't.
