From first enquiry to delivery, Gary at Toneworld has been unfailingly cheerful, patient, positive and helpful. My amp was ordered on Wednesday, delivered on Thursday and worked straight from the box. (Probably because it is a box...) My halfwitted queries about problems with leads and strange buzzing noises were answered within hours if not minutes. What more can I say? 'I shall definitely be using them again' hardly seems adequate, especially as I have now run out of money. But when I get some more, I will be back, I promise.
It's been a bad year for mail order in this rural neck of the woods, with many delays and wrong products being sent out. I'm waiting urgently on two separate items from two other UK companies, each of whom had a sudden out-of-stock moment and problems with their wholesalers...
So I wouldn't fault Guitar Guitar after just one use, except the item I ordered from you didn't arrive on the day promised. I spoke to a very nice man who discovered that someone had stuck on the wrong label. It came two days later, very well packaged, and I was pleased with the product - a Zoom H4N digital recorder - except that no-one asked me if I also wanted the optional remote control? Which, if I had known there was one, I would have bought.
Ask me again in a month's time, I may be feeling more generous!
