Purchased a reasonable amount of bathroom supplies in August 2011. As our house was being completely refurbished these werent installed until around September of same year. The Trueshopping Traditional 18mm Grand Rigid Riser Kit with Twin Thermostatic Shower Valve was placed in the main bathroom. At the start of October this year (2012) the shower no longer produced hot water. The thermostat appears to have gone in it. Considering we also have a shower in an ensuite it means this bathroom shower is not even used on a daily basis (not that that should make the difference anyway). I emailed the TrueShopping team in November but received no response. Spoke yesterday morning to an advisor, who is to come back to me with further information but hasnt as of yet (not even to inform at what stage the query is at currently). So far neither product nor customer service are dependable it would seem. I am not happy with how this currently stands.
Very happy with how the coving looks. Shipping charges to Northern Ireland were very reasonable. Excellent communication at all times from Davuka re order status and also guidance on what was needed. Would use again for future products.

We are sorry to hear there is a problem with the item and lack of response.
If the product is no longer producing hot water then this could be caused by the following:
1) The item may need re-calibrating.
2) The hot and cold may need balancing
3) The temperature spline needs checking
4) The system may need flushing out.
If all the above have been checked by a Qualified Plumber and the problem persists then please contact the Customer Service Team on 01282 471 385 and we will be happy to resolve the issue.
