Awful Experience, Avoid YOYO like the plague!

These guys have the worse customer service skills I've ever seen.
When yo go in no one is willing to help or answer any questions.
I bought a dell 2209WA monitor and I started having display issues.
When I called the store I was told that the monitor was under warranty under Dell and they would not support the monitor I bought!

When I checked the serial number with Dell it turned out to be a second hand refurbished unit!! Of course they denied this and refused to help me any further.

These guys should not be allowed to rip people off like this but they do and get away with it.
Stay well away from these cowboys.
