Unfortunately this Company have let me down very badly, they made me feel that they had the personal touch and that any parcels would be handled with great care, but shock horror they can not guarantee that any parcels are handled by their own carriers as they sometimes use other sorting depots! I sent a parcels with 2 very important items that had been in the family for a long time. They were packed extremely well and had a fragile sticker on but they arrived in pieces. I tried to claim but was told that in the small print 'I had agreed to the terms & conditions' which covers them for almost everything you would send! So as a jesture of good will they will refund my postage costs! I will never ever use this Company again and would advise anyone thinking about using them to read the small print!
