Possibly the best customer service ever
I found Mazuma's service to be excellent, honest, fair, efiicient and quick.
No 'false' quotations, just an offer that was guaranteed, and a 'painless' process for returning my old handset. They even helped clean up my handset, so that no personal info was retained on it.
From accessing Mazuma's webisite. to a cheque in my bank took only 5 days, And at every step of the way they kept me informed of the progress of my order.
April 2013 - Another phone returned and another great experience - well done Mazuma!!
