good price and on time flight

3 people return ticket to Sevilla, Spain
Cheapest price, arrived on time, seats slightly cramped but ok, what do you expect (I am 190cm tall).
The main thing I would like them to improve on is: improved pricing transparency and reducing the amount of rubbish they try to sell to you during the online booking process.
So, if you are a smart savvy shopper, I can recommend them, otherwise get what you pay more for somewhere else.

wrong language phone recieved, returned, 6+ weeks no refund

they provided me with a Chinese language samsung galaxy phone (with limited english functionality), when I obviously wanted a real english phone. they agreed to refund but 6 weeks and still nothing. very hard to get in touch with and unhelpful when I do get them.

update 15/09/12: still waiting...

After ordering RAM from Avides (from Germany) which arrived damaged (clearly damaged at their warehouse as outer packaging was fine) I ordered 8GB DDR3 1333mhz desktop RAM from Kikatek for just £38 (Jul2011) which included free delivery - exceptional value.
