Seatwave

Trouble-free way to sell unwanted tickets.

I bought concert tickets a year ago and forgot all about it when booking a holiday, so was forced to try and sell the tickets. I came across Seatwave on the web, and offered the tickets for sale. Someone bought them and I posted them off straight away, and eventually received the cash for them from Seatwave after the concert had taken place.

The only thing I have an issue with is why I had to wait until after the event to receive my money. The buyer had the actual tickets in their possession for a few months beforehand and had presumably paid Seatwave for them, so why couldn't I be paid right away?

Apart from that, I think Seatwave offers a valuable and relatively pain-free experience.
