Regular user of online grocery orders.....pretty solid service on the whole. I would definately recommend but dont expect absolute perfection. Im not sure how the whole procedure works but I assume they get the products from your local store and a few times we have not received products that I know our local store has in stock. Things like salt (when has a store ever not had salt!!??) On the plus side the fact you can choose your delivery slot is brilliant, and even more brilliant is the fact that on certain days (i think its Tues-Thurs) if you order over £100, your delivery is free of charge. Delivery guys are also very good, friendly and cheerful on the whole. Cant say how this rates compared to other stores but the fact that I've never felt the need to try them says a lot!
I dont know anybody who doesn't use this site prior to making travel plans. We all want to enjoy our holidays and get our money's worth so doing some research prior to your trip is becoming more and more important. fellow travellers write reviews on accommodation, restaurants and attractions. On the whole, reviews are honest, to-the-point and highlight the pros and cons. And some of them have got handy tips for making your trip that little bit easier. The site is pretty easy to navigate once you are used to it, and best of all some of the establishments have got handy date booking search engines that automatically submit your dates and bring up prices and availbility of various booking sites. Not sure how I used to live without tripadvisor to be honest!
Ordered loads of tickets over a couple of years and never had any problems with any aspect. A lot of people do forget that for big events the amount of traffic on the site is enormous and problems are bound to pop up. But always delivered promptly and good communication. But like the other reviewers, it annoys me they cant just state upfront what you are going to pay instead of adding all these amounts on at checkout and a ticket that was originally £30 you actually end up paying £45 for!
I am a regular user and very happy with the actual online side of the site. The site is great, easy to use and I normally use the collection option for my orders which is free. I have collected from a variety of their stores and I have to say that the whole collection process is really painful. A lot of the stores don't have a dedicated collection desk so you end up having to queue at a normal till only to be told that they are too busy and you should go to a different department. They really need to look into ways of streamlining this collection process at all of their collection stores to encourage people to use this method.

I have been using Snapfish for about 2 years now and havent had any complaints. Their site is very user friendly, communication is brilliant, and the actual products are very good quality. They also do regular special offers on all sorts of products and you can get some really good deals if subscribe to the newsletter.
If it's possible to give NO stars I would do. I ordered a dining room set from their diningroomworld site. It was stated that the item would be delivered next day. Notified at the last minute that they couldnt deliver. I had to phone them to find out when it would be delivered. Told them I couldnt do week days and it would have to be delivered on a Saturday (which they wanted to charge me for! After pointing out it was their lack of fulfilment for next day delivery and that I refused to pay the Saturday surcharge, they agreed to cover this charge) that was 3 weeks ago. For the last 2 Saturdays I have patiently waited for the delivery and NOTHING has arrived. What an absolute joke. Pathetic service. No communication. It is shocking to think that a business that treats their paying customers like this is actually still in existance ...........Now waiting for a refund so that I can buy this item from a company that actually wants my business.
