RGB refund policy

I recently purchased a alphason ABRD 1100 TV stand from RGB.The salesperson told me that the RRP of the item was £350 and he would sell this to me for £300.Believing him I paid £ 300 .After I paid he told me the item was not in stock and I have to come later to collect it.Within hours I realised that the RRP was only £270 and many stores sell the item for £200. I felt cheated and phoned the store to cancel the order and asked for refund.But they told me they will retain 20% of the price if I cancelled the order.Hence I was forced to buy the product for 1 1/2 times the usual price. On the whole very poor customer service and strange refund policy.Let this be a lesson for others who purchase goods from RGB DIRECT.
