Have ordered two items and exchanged both for larger size, The service provided was first class and a replacement provided by return. The firm had actually sent the replacement jacket before I had a chance to email the request to them. First class.

Have now acquired three mobiles from Mobilefun - the most recent being last week. I have also ordered Bluetooth accessories and always found their service to be first class - immediate acknowledgment of order, confirmation of despatch and mobile received the next day. I have not experienced any difficulties or problems with this firm and would recommend to others. The web site is very clear and simple to use.
