Having placed an order for food and cystease, I realised that 8 days had past and that I had recieved nothing. I emailed my complaint, chasing devilery only to be advised that as they had no stock of cystease they had not sent anything out, awaiting new supplies.
At this point, we were out of both items and desperately required replenishment, therefore I cancelled the order, requested my paypal credit and that all my personal data was removed from their system to prevent any unwanted correspondance, with a confirmation email when complete.
A further 4 days later, after ordering and recieving goods from a competant supplier, no email, no credit.
Contacted them again and again requested the above.
Suggestion, your more professional opposition have systems which advise if there is no stock when ordering or at least will email you the next day.
I have received my goods quicker with free delivery before you have even bothered to rectify your errors.
Suggest any pet owners use "Vet Uk"
Competitively priced goods delivered quickly (at cost) to your door.
Packaging could have been better, as one of the bags of food had split during delivery, which we only found when we opened the packaging to end up with dry cat food all over my knees, settee and floor....
Apart from that (accidents happen) great.
I uppose that there is room for all in the market, but I prefer to pay for quality and good taste, ok yes, I am a snob.
Only thing I can agree on, is the rather stupid people on the TV programme, who dont understand why they have missed their flight when the plane is still there....berks!
I have read some of the reviews from disappointed people and am amazed....
I have always found Debs full of very helpful staff and excellent products.
What amazes me is that I find a bargain, go to the till and am told that the price is even less, due to another sale!

I have been shopping at Morrisons since they bought out Safeway in 2003. They keep a reasonable stock of brand items unlike some, but we have seen them change their management style. They now stock shelves during the day, or rather during the busiest times possible, rather than at night, which is very frustrating trying to dodge around them.
In addition, it used to be a "nice" place, but the till staff are under so much pressure now, they dare not speak or smile...
I grew up believing that the bbc was the best service on the telly, although at the time there were only thre stations!
Now, raher than being the best, with actual news rather than dramatised gossip, they have decided to try to compete with the other channels for worst programmes transmitted, oh and then repeated..............
I have traveled with Thomson three times now, usually prefering to travel with Kuoni. Their staff at the shop and resorts are extremely professional and very helpful and even ......... pleasant!
On the aircraft though they fall back into the ignorant misserable look.....
I have never shopped at Primark and never (hopefully) will.
Dont people think about where this stuff comes from? Have you thought how long it takes to make the fabric, make the shirt/jeans then theres the shipping cost from which ever poor country it comes from oh and transport in th UK to the shop and all for £3 or £4???
What are the children making them getting paid??? One or two bowls of rice?

I use ebay frequently, but when it goes wrong, there is NO ONE to sort it out.
Recently bought what I believed were fake goods, so returned them. Found that I could not comment without going through the seller. Obviously they are going to say that the goods are Kosha and give me a duff rating.....
