Betta Living
A long winding road but an excellent finish!
We contracted in November 2012 with Betta Living to revamp our downstairs main bedroom & bathroom. They have been expertly fitted & completed in late February/early March and the end result exceeds our expectations. In the case of the bedroom Nicole came up with a great practical design which Malcolm Oldham expertly fitted in 2 of the 3 days expected. Whilst Paul Green, the bathroom fitter, overcame many unexpected issues to deliver a superb bathroom to our design. We could not be more pleased with he eventual outcome. We have discussed the various issues which caused the Betta Living delays between contract signing & fit starting & believe they have identified the necessary changes and are in the midst of enacting them so any further comment on those would no longer be of benefit to others. Just to re-emphasise the overall result is that we now have a bathroom and main bedroom we are are overjoyed with!

Good service when there's coverage
Caravanning round the UK I was looking for a network that supported iPhone & gave good service. O2 has done this though I am surprised with the various 'blackspots' in coverage in Scotland & middle England compared to my wife who's phone is Orange. Quality/depth of service is certainly better than hers when we both have signal but she has signal more often than I

Outstanding delivery & price
Having 'lost' my portable radio & severely missing its ability to tune into R4 LW for the cricket I determined to replace it asap! After google searching the web I found the cheapest with stock and ordered only for a phone call 30 mins later advising 'not in stock' & 10 days for their next delivery. I thus cancelled that & went to the next company (all of 1p yes one penny dearer) who were Askdirect. Placing the order for standard delivery @ 14:55 boy was I suprised when the courier got me out of the shower @ 7:45 the next morning to hand me te goods. What great service - definitely worth paying the extra penny!!
Tayna Batteries
First rate service & product
Looking for a replacement battery for the caravan after the previous one expired 1 month after warranty expiry I searched the net for one that would fit the bill. Needing power (for the mover), accurate sizing (due to Bailey's confined battery space) and obviously good price I found the Tayna site one of the most informative as well as price competitive. Then when the delivery came when expected, safely packaged & ready for use (unlike some other recent experiences with electrical goods vendors with 'virtual' stock) I was pleasantly surprised. Battery is now admirably powering the van's security systems in storage ready for it's next jaunt soon.
