I ordered a sofa from Nabru on Wednesday and here I am two days later with the sofa delivered and assembled.
Firstly, the online experience is slick, easy to follow, covers every possible variation and requirement and was as painless an experience as you could want.
Then, the Nabru customer service kicks in - unrequested but nevertheless welcome information, including a call in the morning of the delivery to let me know what time they would arrive.
I opted for the sofa to be assembled for me. This was done quickly by a friendly Nabru employee, who was polite and professional.
Finally, excellent value for money and looks very good.
I read reviews criticising the customer service. They were from 6 months or so ago, and I can only conclude that Nabru have raised their game considerably.
If I was given the task of improving the offering, I wouldn't bother. I'm at a loss to see where this service could be improved.
