I am sorry to hear that I was not the only victim of this fraudulent operation. The directors of this company seem to have been trading fraudulently while insolvent. The authorities have been informed and it is hoped that they will be prosecuted under the law and / or disqualified from ever acting as company directors in the UK. I hope that the evidence gathered here will give them ample evidence to support legal action.
This company allegedly had 3 employees named ‘Steve’ (as an apperant ploy to 'pass the buck' and the need to fulfil promises made by any of the 'other two Steves'). It was allegedly Sony's 'supplier of the year', but Sony have confirmed that the company recently went into administration. They appear to have repeatedly advertise and confirm that they had in stock products that they did not possess. They collected payment for the same without the ability or intention to deliver. In one case, they have requested an additional payment in respect of an 'upgrade' before supplying a faulty product
(which they have promised to replace at the time they were progressing into administration).
I am interested to hear about the experience of fellow-victims, and wish them all the best of luck.
