Great quality & amazing speed!
It was a last minute job for a big party. Menu cards! Optimal print were amazing. They arrived within 7 days of ordering. Set up of "personalised" script was simple. My only request would be allow the user to change colour theme. Otherwise a perfect deal!

Great variety. Immediancy. Brief opportunity.
I love the variety of offerings. I love/hate the short-termism of offers - ie if you dont order now the chance has disappeared into cyberspace! Love means you have to order "now" - I like spending money! Hate the compulsion to order "now"!
Even living in Central London W1 address I find things on the site I have never seen before.
There are sometimes things of a lower value that I dont buy just because of the shipping costs. This is one policy I would question - I would prefer slightly higher prices and no shipping costs. (as with Amazon).

Range is fantastic!
My searh was for something hard to find. Once I alighted on this site I found what I wanted in no time at all. If only I had known at the start what a fab. and broad range they stocked I could have saved lots and lots of time googling!
