Before I bought an item, I asked them a lot of questions regarding the order that I was planning to buy. Their customer service was fast and I would like to personally thank Charlotte Machan, the UK Internet Customer Services of VikingDirect for her swift replies and she helped the process order of an item which I bought recently.
I'm not currently happy with the Depot Service because obviously, I have given a correct phone number but they said they couldn't contact me. I'm now patiently waiting for my item which I just bought today and it's expected to be delivered tomorrow. We'll see how that goes.
But overall, I'm quite happy with their service. So far.
