STAY AWAY FROM CASH MY FONE ! They guys are bad news and basically Cash my Fone are stealing people's ph[external reference]ones. I do not know why Cash my Fone haven't been shut down as it is basically daylight robbery. My wife and I sent in a brand new Samsung Galaxy phone as we needed to desperately raise money. We head nothing from Cash My Fone. We have tried emailing and calling every day past the cut off date that Cash my Fone should have paid us by but
a) They NEVER reply to our emails
b) They NEVER answer their phone or call us back
We have called Trading Standards and are taking steps to getting our phone or money back.
PLEASE ANYONE THINKING THAT IT WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA SENDING YOUR PHONE INTO ' CASH MY FONE ' FOR AN ATTRACTIVE PAY OUT - STOP, THINK AND HEED OUR WARNING.
Please learn from our mistakes and the mistakes of others that decided to send their phones into Cash my Fone.
I am so unhappy with this company and their services. I was initially using dropbox's free account but then I wanted to save more data so I looked around and found JustCloud.
The reviews of JustCloud on Top Ten Reviews I think were great and it seemed like a marvellous back-up solution. I quickly found out that http://www.justcloud.com is NOT the cloud back-up solution for me.
Just Cloud will literally charge you an add-on fee for everything! So, you'll end up paying Just Cloud for a sync folder over 1GB (That comes as standard with a dropbox free account), then you'll pay more to add each computer to the account!! What's the point in having a cloud solution or a sync folder if you have to pay again and again to access the files from another computer!? aaaaarrgghh!
Then if you want to back up a file that's over 1gb you have to do this manually.... and wait for it.....pay for another add-on. Surprise Surprise JustCloud!!!
So needless to say after purchasing the service and paying for 4 licenses for our families PCs and laptops I gave JustCloud a rather annoyed phone call to cancel and get my money back (After only 9 days).
The guy on the phone was actually ok. He tried offering me 70% off my annual fee and really did try to help, but apparently the system would not allow him to refund our extra license add-ons (Which came to a total of about £75) and also I was charged around £15 for cancelling! Hmmm, that makes sense.
So yeah, thanks a lot JustCloud for ripping me off a grand total of around £90. You can imagine the "I told you so" I will now get for the next 10 or more years from my wife because I chose to go with JustCloud over other online cloud storage solutions!

This company is truly appalling. We ordered a Chinchilla cage over 1 week ago.
When we called to enquire about the order status the lady initially said that she didn't know what was going on with the order and put us on hold. She then came back to us and said that the product was Out of stock! So we had basically been under the impression that this product was in stock and ordered for a whole week before being told (after WE called them) that the product hadn't been ordered at all.
The lady on the phone didn't apologise at all and didn't seem bothered that we were unhappy with the situation or that we were taking our business elsewhere.
It's companies like this that deserve to go bust during a recession. Very weak!
When we first became customers with Rajapack we thought "Great! Somewhere that can provide us with a nice range of boxes and packaging for our full product range".
After being with them for a while we have experience pretty poor customer service, especially when dealing with returns. The old defensive "Well we've never had problems with this product before" statement reared it's ugly head a couple of times. When all is working fine there are no problems but as soon as you have something that requires a refund they seem very unwilling to a) Admit fault and b) part with their pennies in order to rectify the situation.
Also although deliveries are pretty speedy the goods are sometimes delivered in a damaged state, partly I'd imagine due to poor handling by delivery workers but also as Rajapack haven't 'packed' the goods securely themselves! (i.e. Not used enough packing material) How Ironic!!
In conclusion, lots of potential but seriously let down by what seems to be a habit for cutting corners, penny grabbing and a lack of appreciation for their existing customers.
