I ordered a work bench off t4t and was told it would be despatched within 2-3 days, 8 days later nothing had arrived so i emailed them that i needed the bench by the coming weekend otherwise i would'nt need it. They emailed me back friday and told me it had been despatched, it arrived tuesday and to my own cost i sent the item back unopened.
Two weeks later no refund, so i rang t4t and was told they had'nt received item back, spoke to courier and was told they had tried to deliver item on two occasions and t4t would'nt accept (still don't know why to this day, t4t don't know either)
Finally got item returned and three days later i rang t4t and was told that item was damaged, spoke to courier and they told me that they had no record of any damage.
I have been waiting now for two weeks for them to make a decision to which i have lost patience and paid for it to be returned to me.
This companies customer sevice is terrible and would warn other people against using this site.
These people are con artists.
