I ordered cartridges for my Canon all in one printer, but much to my surprise they were rejected immediately, with a message explaining that I had bought cartridges for an earlier model printer!
I contacted Cartridge Shop who were extremely sympathetic regarding the problem. They sent me a pre-paid package to return the now opened cartridges and by return of post sent me the correct ones which worked perfectly.
the company operatives have always been friendly, professional and above all, helpful.
Their prices are very competitive across the board.

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Tab from simplyelectronics a week and a half before Christmas, not thinking for one minute that it would arrive before the holiday, but low and behold! five days later the delivery arrived via DHL all in good order.
There are good days and bad days for all companies!

After much searching of the NET for a Guild F-50 jumbo acoustic, and with much regret, apologies, and excuses, from numerous music stores. I called Project Music and spoke to Dane, (the manager of the store) who explained that there would be no problem whatsoever with the order but the Guild F-50 would have to be imported from the US and would take approximately six to eight weeks from order to delivery. There were regular E-Mails from the store with updates regarding the order. The guys there are extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, and true to their word, the guitar arrived six weeks from the time of ordering, having been professionally set up to my requested specifications. I was contacted by Dane a few days after the delivery as a follow up, to check if all was ok, and that the guitar was to my liking. (This is remarkably rare these days and much welcomed) Great service. Good professional company. Also the price was much better than anyone else! Thanks again Guys! Geoff
