Inept
These people have various flashy websites suggesting they have excellent customer service however they don't. They don't seem to be able to deliver when their website promises and they don't seem to be aware of their broken promises.
I ordered goods which didn't turn up despite having taken the day off (unpaid). When I chased the order they blame the supplier (their problem not mine) and they seemed totally unaware of the fact they had broken their side of the bargain and cost me a day's pay into the bargain. I cancelled the order which happily they did refund. Howveer the really funny part is that they then delivered the thing a few days later but seemed totally unaware of until I asked them why they had done that. They then wanted me to take another day off work to wait in for their courier to collect it!
