Opened a Vodafone account 14 months ago and had consistent problems using the phone in Europe. Customer services told me it was not their signal but the phone that was the problem. Even though the phone came from them with my package they didn't want to know about repairing it! Helpful staff in Barcelona and Italy tried to help and said they would inform Customer Services in the UK so I could sort it out when I got home. The only help I got from them was to be told that I couldn't get out of the contract and that I would be charged if I tried to leave. Can't wait for December when I can tell them where to go!
With excellent quality food on offer, why oh why don't Sainsburys provide enough staff at their checkouts? My branch in Frome, Somerset often has queues of customers waiting to pay while staff are running around with earpieces or watching shoppers getting more and more frustrated. No wonder the tills at Asda are constantly ringing.
Been with Natwest for 28 years and they do exactly what they say on the box! Keep your account in order and you get no problems. Helpful staff at my local branch and excellent online banking. The ISA rate is good too. They have had their problems but trying hard to give the best service. Well done!
Been with Virgin Media since Telewest days but got worse since Branson's crew took over. TV pictures excellent - when they work, broadband not up to speed. Impossible to get any contact with them during major breakdown and after 6pm you speak to someone in Calcutta! Overpriced, and to add insult to injury they keep sending offers through the door which I can't get, even though they are half the price I am paying. Trouble is, the alternatives are almost as bad and not worth the hassle of changing.
