If I could give no star, I would. I was meant to receive a package all the way from China. On their tracking, it showed that they recieve it, and tried to deliver it but could not reach me. I was in all day! Then after two days, instead of re-delivering....they sent it back to China!!!
Now they are trying to say that the sender asked them to. They are refusing to pay for the item to be shipped back to me. It's the poorest customer service I've ever received.
If I order something online, I will always check from now on, and if the seller uses Yodel, I'm not buying!
The hotel was only a short taxi drive from the airport and the taxi fare was paid for by the hotel (there and back!). The car park is very secure and right next to the hotel. Will definitely get the same hotel again next time we fly from Luton.
