i am fed up with sales calls about as i have the rest i should now have a contract phone, i say no i got a call the next night and then again 2 days later, this should be reviewed it is high powered pressure. i have had a few problems with my internet but on the whole i think this is the best company around the staff have sorted my problems out as quickly, efficiently as they can. i have been reimbursed if it has taken too long, The staff are patient, helpful and very polite
ordering paying and collecting tickets is so easy. Trains were almost on time! the 1st time i bought tickets in advance i got annoyed as i was travelling alone when the London riots kicked off i was advised by Paddington station to avoid travelling, unfortunately that resulted in my loosing £80 i had paid as trainline would not refund despite it being outside of my control! Maybe a review of their policy for this eventuality should be done
several years ago i took a contract out with them, my phone would not work they left me without any form of communication despite stating my reasons, my elderly mother lay on the floor as she could not contact me for several hours and by pure chance i visited her and found her, i cancelled my contract (within cooling off time) they have black listed me ruined my excellent credit rating and keep sending threatening letters even though i have told them to take me to court but they wont listen just keep threatening! i took out a t mobile contract paid promptly for 3 years only cancelling when they joined up with orange!

second time i have used this company and both times my order was dealt with quickly, i was kept up to date as to where we were in the processing order, excellent company to deal with and i will certainly continue to use them. Well done Petshopbowl!
