Good prices, OK service
Ordered a small item and when it came it was the wrong one. I returned the item with a promise of postage refund, waited about 10 days and got the correct item. No postage refund. Still worked out cheaper though so I guess I can't complain!

Good product, but could have been a bit better
I bought a 10x6 premium Groundsman because I couldn't find a similar one elsewhere for the same price with T&G floor and panels. I'm pretty pleased with it now it's up, but there were a few issues when constructing it.
- the instructions were generic for all sizes, and did not explain what a couple of parts were that I assume were particular to the 10x6. I had to work out what they were, and how to fit them.
- the door lock seemed to be quite poor and it was a right old fiddle to fit it. Tightening the screws too much stopped the mechanism from working, and I resorted to taking it to pieces and slightly modifying it.
- the door needed a small amount of trimming to get it to close.
- the windows don't open easily; I haven't done anything about this.
Despite these glitches, I'm happy with it. Delivery was OK, it turned up before 6.30am and there was no knock at the door so imagine my surprise when I left the house to go to work! It's very spacious and seems well constructed.
