The service is BAD.
It was impossible to speak to the person who took my order after the item was delivered. I was assured when ordering that a date for delivery would be sent, it was not - fortunately I was in when it came. Also I misunderstood the email sent listing the items ordered. All listed Items were followed by the number 1 in the next column. One item I ordered was listed as no tv...... I thought it was some bit of code I didn't understand as the no 1 was in the next column and I took that second column as being the number of that item included in the order. In the end I gave up calling. I am an OAP and I didn't have the energy to fight any more.

The website is so easy to use and they have always had what I want in stock. Delivery is fast and I like the fact you can give instructions regarding delivery. I can't fault this service.
