slow to send orders; no updates
I've ordered from this company twice now, and both times the order took around three weeks to be shipped. Although the website showed the products in stock, I immediately received an automated message saying that they needed to get additional stock from their suppliers. After that, I didn't hear anything until I sent (multiple) e-mails to customer service to ask for updates.
I did eventually get my items, but I would prefer to get regular updates. And if there isn't enough product in stock, I should be informed of that before I finalize my order.
Prices are good, but I think I will pay a bit more next time and order elsewhere.

good prices, no delivery problems
I originally ordered with VetUK because they had very good prices for "8 in 1 delights" chew treats, which my dog loves. I've now ordered dog treats twice from the company and have not had any problems with delivery. I also like getting free delivery for a relatively low order amount.

Had my size in stock at a good price
My shoe size is difficult to find in stores and online, but I was able to find the Asics shoes that I wanted, and at a very good price. Delivery was quick, without problems. This will be my first stop the next time I'm looking for sports shoes.
