Great for broadband
After buying from BT for a few years it was great to move to a company that kept me informed and seemed to care about delivery. And my broadband connection is now around 4 times faster for around half the price (over exactly the same low quality lines etc which according to BT are perfect, despite a crackling phone for more than a year.)
Screwfix
Always reliable
Stuff isn't always the best quality, but you get what you pay for so if you go cheap you know what to expect.
What I love about Screwfix is that it alwatys arrives next day (for free), no hassles or worries. Over many, many deliveries I've only ever had one small error, which I think is pretty impressive given the range of stuff available.

Quick delivery, great service
We ordered a ham leg and some pimientos de padron. All arrived quickly, and the price was better than other stores we found online. Only downside was that some of the pimientos had gone bad by the time we came to cook them (a couple of days after delivery) but that is probably a lesson learned re using pimientos quickly rather than any reflection on TLC.
All in all, very satisifed and will use them again!
