The only thing which needs improvement is the on line helper, where I waited half an hour for responses to questions. I suggest you avoid using this unless significantly improved. Eventually I rang up and got a real person who was very helpful, responding quickly with the right info.
The machine is excellent, faster than ... and very good value for a tailor made box designed for my particular needs - Photoshop CS4 Lightroom 3, etc.
Highest recommendation.
