Do not use this service

I arranged delivery for today and took off work to do so. The delivery was meant to come between 7:30-5:30, and it never came. The record even indicates that it went out on delivery and straight back to the network. After spending an hour on hold for customer service, I arranged redelivery AGAIN for my work address. Now I will have to carry quite heavy items home from work instead of straight to my door. This is really POOR service. I am baffled as to why a company as reputable as John Lewis chooses Citi Link.
