Well i used to be a customer maybe 4 years ago and came back 2 weeks ago and the difference is so clear.
First there is the watch online feature which is not as extensive as netflix but still good but could use more titles .
Then the marvel is i am actually getting discs i want.
When i left 4 years ago i was on highest package but i will never get any disc on my list despite always having 10+ on and been entitled to 2 at a time .
I once went 3 weeks before they sent me 1 disc!
So coming back i see loads of improvement i am even getting new releases unlike before i would wait months to get it.
Think netflix made them step up their game!

we have bought 2 bags from here paul smith and D&G.both lovely new bags at a very good discount.
staff very knowledgeable.Website could do with more regular updates as the stuff they have in shop are way more.
