After many emails trying to locate a missing cupboard , I finally took it upon myself to track it down myself and was successful within a few hours , no thanks to customer care. A second order of crockery arrived which is such poor quality I'm sure I could have got it cheaper on the market. The policy of the expense of returning the goods being my responsibility makes it financially not worth it.
After a phone call from Customer Care whilst trying to discuss this and only having the policy reiterated the customer care!! person answer was to put the phone down on me. Well done Achica I doubt I will be ordering from you again.
