Not quite as bad as they are painted

I ordered a sharpening system on Tuesday 2 August 2011 and received an acknowledgment within a few minutes.The Website advised that despatch would be with 24-48 hours. As nothing had arrived by Friday 5th I called the company and was told that it would be despatched 'sometime next week'. I told the lady on the phone that I needed it quicker than that and she said she would mark it as "Urgent". I had an email on Monday 8th August to say it had been despatched by FedEx. It arrived today - Tuesday 9th August - exactly what I wanted and cheaper than anywhere else I searched, and FedEx delivery was £2.99 I have given only 4 stars as they should have been more truthful about the delivery despatch time, but they have fulfilled my order and I am very happy with the product. Most of the good reviews on this site are from people in Menchester, wherever that is, and they seem to do a lot of business with the residents who live there.
