Order lost but replaced..

Despite an order going wrong, I am pleased that the customer service department redeemed the lost order.

Quick to take your cash but impossible to contact with problems

I received part of the order in time for a Christmas party, the balance I did not want as it was 2 weeks overdue before I cancelled they said after a lengthy email wait that the order was in the system and they could not cancel!

Further emails ignored, requesting then instructing them to cancel.

4 weeks later!! still being regularly updated with apologise for the delay order will be sent soon!! Needles to say funds taken instantly, still no goods.

Very rarely do I leave poor feedback but in this case absolutely justified.

Top marks for a great service

I ordered a Draper circular saw which arrived within 2 days at an incredible price. Great tool. All I would say is that the email telling me the goods had been despatched arrived after the goods arrived?

Site is easy to navigate and not too in your face with buy this as well etc..
