The ink does not fit the machine Brother MFC6490CW. It has been over 2 days I have not had a reply from Moreinks re situation!

I wrote to you Monday 9th Aug 2011 as the ink does not fit the machine. Your advert states my machine Brother MFC 6490CW.
The ink cartridge is a couple of mm to wide.
