Took my money then had no response for 2 weeks

I ordered over 300 pounds worth of goods online and payed with Visa. They took the money and sent me an email immediately. The order should have been delivered with next day delivery. 3 days later I emailed them for an update. No response. 4 days later I emailed again. No response. 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 days of emails with not a single response. Today I sent 5 emails and intend to send more. They are the most useless company I have ever dealt with online. I am beginning to think they are thieves. Will update after I cancel through Visa and attempt to get a refund! Dont order from them!!!!!!!

This is simply a case of the Royal Mail not doing there job properly. The order has now been re-dispatched by overnight courier and a refund for the overnight postage has been given.

We have also refunded your overnight payment.
