Thought I would give these guys a go but unfortunately due to the website not being very clear I ordered 26 Thank you post cards which came pirnted up with my own home address on the back. I called their customer services to see if they could help me but was told there was nothing they could or would do. Cards are now in the bin and I am £25 out of pocket. I wont be going back to "Funky Pigeon"!
On the 24/07/11 I ordered the Karlsson Crystal Sunburst Wall Clock which was showing in stock on the H&F website. H&F were not the cheapest but were showing stock which was why I placed my order with them. With 10 days passing and no delivery I decided to follow up the order with H&F only to be told that they were out of stock and waiting for their supplier to deliver further stocks. I felt this could have been communicated to me instead of me having to chase them to see where my purchase was. I was then told on the phone that I would be contacted once they could confirm the stock availability and delivery date. This did not happen and the next thing I knew was that my purchase had arrived on the 10/08/11 (18 days after ordering). The product is good, and the H&F website looks good but I was really disappointed with the overall service provided. I suggest calling before purchasing to check their stock availability is correct.
