Excellent value, provided alongside excellent customer service.
Ordered 4 batteries for company UPS's.
Price was excellent, ensure when sourcing replacement batteries that you factor postage into the bottom line.
Website was easy to use and stock reporting was accurate.
There was a slight delay in getting one of the packages out which I enquired about. Got straight through on the telephone very quickly to a nice UK based chap who responded postively and immediately - my query was followed through up to the point of delivery.
Thats the real test of a quality company - how well it responds to exceptions.
Won't be looking anywhere else for my batteries in the future.

Always done me proud
Been using ebuyer for years, they have occasionally dropped the ball but have always rectified any problems that have come up.
Cant argue with the prices and free delivery (which is often faster than paid for courier service!)
Always first site I go to to check prices of new kit.

Bargain prices with a premium service
Well, the prices were so good on the website, that usually means that there is some slightly sharp practice going on with a company feeding the search engines and price crawlers with low price stock which they don't even hold.... NOT IN THIS CASE!
Item was flagged as in stock and a day or two after ordering it appeared! Very smooth transaction, would not hesitate to deal with again.

Quality, VFM, helpful and responsive
The alpkit of watersports!
Good range of stock, a hell of a lot of their own items, which are of good quality and very competitively priced.
Website stock levels are accurate and they don't use enticers to get you into the site, only to find out that the items arnt in stock.
Some items are really great value - check out their dry bags for example.
Like alpkit they can have stock problems, but they are always honest and open about it.
Will continue to use for a very long time to come - unless something catastrophic happens!

Solid equipment at a very good price
Been using alpkit for years on and off.
They basically do their own range of outdoor kit on the whole at much better prices than the big name equivalents.
I can attest that the quality is solid, i've direct comparable experience for example of their roll mat products which are every bit as good as their thermarest equivalents.
At times they can find it hard to renew stock, but their online stock tracking is very good - i've never had misreported stock nor seen them use enticers which then turn out not to be available.

Sent out second hand goods as new with missing part
Wouldn't deal with again. Purchased a roller bar for roof rack for kayak loading.
When item arrived it was pre used and had a part missing.
They did however refund the money (less any postage cost which they are by the letter of the law responsible to refund), though asked for photographic proof it was second hand!
